Recipes for a Candida Free Diet
Finding candida diet recipes with different foods may be quite challenging. The reason is that the best non-candida diet is easy and has few ingredients. Beneficial bateria in your body system maintains candida under control. But at times, it may get out of control and cause many problems. This is known as a yeast intolerance. To fight the problem, a six-week candida free diet should be implemented to start the healing of the body.
Eliminating yeast from the diet means avoiding foods that are high in yeast such as sugar, cheese, and fermented foods. Rolls, cookies, pastries, and other bread-like foods contain high amount of yeast. Vinegar is also high in yeast and must be avoided. Foods containing vinegar such as salad dressing, mayonnaise, mustard, and pickles need to be kept away as well.
It’s good to add more meats and vegetables to your diet instead. A good candida-free recipe has three essential and plain items: vegetables, meats, and minimal complex carbohydrates. The meat in these recipes may be ground beef or turkey, beef, turkey, or chicken patties, and chicken thighs and breast. Other types of meat are tuna salads and sardines. If you have chicken or beef patties, be certain to leave out the bun. Keep away from cured bacon and dried or smoked meats. Meat should be the main, largest portion of the meal. The vegetables need to be nearly the same amount to the meat and a small amount of the carbohydrates. It’s possible to exclude carbohydrates in the meal.
Consider steaming when preparing the vegetables. It’s an effective way to preserve more nutrients in them. Make an effort to consume small meals 4 to 5 times each day. When you spread out meals, your blood sugar and hunger are more balanced. Although snacking in between meals is fine, how much you eat should be limited. For snacking, stick to raw vegetables or nuts but avoid peanuts and pistachios. If you feel hungry frequently during the day, it’s good to graze on foods like carrot sticks, green apples, celery sticks, etc. The fresh vegetables to your diet would also help to clear out the dead and dying yeast cells as well as their mycotoxins from your system. Avoid grapes, dates, raisins, and citrus fruits. Furthermore, exclude sugary foods like honey, chocolate, and soft drinks from your diet.
