Can’t I just read how to do stuff online?

A mentor means: A personal trainer who by his or her expertise and experience, has the ability to guide YOU as an individual towards your physical and mental goals. Here some other tidbits to mull over when it comes to having a mentor:

The coach shakes his head at you in disgust, and by the time the game is over, you’re banging your head with frustration. What went wrong?

Never forget that practicing and performing are two different things. On game day, forget about judging how it’s going.
